An 8-Week Program for Character Development in Leadership Contexts
NeuroCharacter Foundations is the core cohort program within NeuroCharacter Education.
It develops in leaders the internal infrastructure required to cultivate virtues that translate into stable ethical behavior.
Rather than focusing on isolated competencies, the program strengthens the underlying systems that make virtuous leadership sustainable over time.
The emphasis is structural formation.
Participants develop the internal capacities that support:
